Spring reminds us that life is constantly renewing itself. Flowers bloom, the grass is greener, the air is warmer, and things are made anew. For many women spring is an exciting time because it’s so close to summer and all the activities that go with it like swimming, hiking, boating, and more.
But for others, springtime can be an unsettling reminder that summer is coming. Swimsuit season is not a grand and wonderful time for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be like this. You don’t have to dread the heat due to embarrassment and frustration.
