Great ideas, Brittney! And I do love the statement about being what we eat- right on! I encourage folks to find the exercise that they enjoy. Part of the reason we don’t keep doing it is we are doing things we don’t like. I used to run. I tried to run. I ran. But I always dreaded it. I always put it off. I always seem to have foot pain. I just didn’t like it. So now- I don’t run. But that doesn’t mean I don’t do anything. I love, love, LOVE Yoga. I do Yoga at least once a week. And I do other things- yard work, brisk walks with my two large, strong, and energetic dogs, dance, sports. So find what you enjoy and you will easily “fit” it in! Thanks for the post; really great stuff!! Have a healthy day, Elizabeth
